Specialist Project & Structured Finance

About the role

The Specialist Project & Structured Finance will support the Corporate Banking Group in delivering revenue and profitability targets across project and structured finance customer segments. The role involves coordinating with customers, regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financing processes for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of action plans for project and structured finance segments to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Coordinate with customers, regulatory authorities and stakeholders to build positive relationships.
• Identify new opportunities in project and structured finance through local and international banking networks.
• Execute project financing processes, including deal discovery, financial modeling, credit documentation, approvals and mandate signing.
• Assist in prospecting clients, structuring transactions, securing preliminary approvals and preparing financing offers.
• Monitor market developments, competitor strategies and update internal teams.
• Follow guidance, utilize resources efficiently and comply with policies and procedures.
• Address recurring issues independently and escalate complex challenges as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and participate in development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑1 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
