Sr. Staff Project Manager, Retail Development

About the role

The Senior Staff Project Manager, Retail Development will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Lucid’s retail and service facilities across the Middle East. This role ensures projects are planned, executed, and handed over on schedule, within budget, and fully compliant with Lucid’s brand, technical, and operational standards. You will act as the central coordination hub, working closely with internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support network expansion by conducting feasibility assessments, site readiness evaluations, and project scoping.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in budget development, cost estimating, and approval processes together with Finance.
• Coordinate design development to meet Lucid brand standards and operational requirements.
• Manage tendering, contractor selection, and technical evaluations within governance frameworks.
• Oversee consultants and contractors through all project stages, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality compliance.
• Monitor site progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and final handover activities to achieve launch readiness and certification.
• Prepare structured project status reports covering progress, risks, costs, and next steps.
• Maintain complete project documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering retail or service facilities from feasibility through handover.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial, procurement, capital projects, IT, security, and external partners.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact across multiple stakeholders.
