Staff Accommodation Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Staff Accommodation Manager will lead the employee housing programme at the new Four Seasons Resort & Residence on Shura Island. This position ensures that all staff enjoy safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained living spaces, directly supporting employee satisfaction and retention across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of staff accommodation facilities, including allocation, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Develop and enforce accommodation policies in line with Four Seasons standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with the People & Culture team to align housing solutions with recruitment and staffing plans.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements for accommodation services.
• Monitor occupancy, conduct regular inspections, and address any safety or quality issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on accommodation performance, costs, and employee feedback for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing employee housing or similar hospitality operations.
• Strong understanding of hotel policies, health and safety standards, and accommodation best practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of accommodation management procedures and hotel policy enforcement.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and vendor contract management.
• Ability to conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
