Stakeholder Manager

About the role

The Stakeholder Manager will lead the interface management process for large‑scale EPCM projects, acting as the primary point of contact between Worley, the client, and external stakeholders. This role ensures that all permits and interface issues are identified, documented, and resolved efficiently, supporting project delivery across the energy, chemicals and resources sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interfaces with the client and external stakeholders to secure required permits.
• Coordinate with the internal interface management team to track, document, and resolve interface issues.
• Serve as the single point of contact for interface management across Worley offices, Ma'aden, and other designated parties.
• Establish and maintain internal and external interface registers, ensuring alignment and timely communication.
• Continuously improve the interface management process and provide regular status reporting.
• Escalate dormant, overdue, or unresolved interface issues to project management.
• Support project scheduling by reviewing and updating interface‑related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience working on mega EPCM projects.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
