About the role
JD Logistics is seeking a proactive Station Manager to lead recruitment across its logistics and delivery stations. The role focuses on attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent for warehouse, delivery, and administrative positions, directly supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the staffing needs of each station.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for station-level roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Partner with station managers and operational leaders to forecast hiring demand.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within logistics or a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong understanding of station‑level staffing requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet hiring targets.
