Stock and Back Office Executive

About the role

The Stock and Back Office Executive is responsible for ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked and the sales floor remains organized, safe, and inviting for customers. This role supports daily store operations, assists teammates with inventory tasks, and helps maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Stock merchandise on shelves and keep the sales floor tidy and safe.
• Execute routine inventory tasks following established procedures.
• Train and coach colleagues on non‑routine transactions, shelf stocking, and effective merchandise presentation.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve atypical cases.
• Organize work schedules, assign short‑term tasks, and coordinate with support services.
• Perform operational tasks while adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment.
• Prioritize workflow to meet quality and timeliness standards using performance management tools.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary non‑tertiary education.
• Solid understanding of straightforward procedures and systems.
• Limited managerial experience.
