Store Keeper

About the role

Support Lines is hiring a full-time Store Keeper in Dammam, working one shift from Saturday to Thursday. The role manages and organizes inventory and store operations so that materials and items are received, stored and issued accurately. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic management skills and can communicate in Arabic and Hindi.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials and supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders
• Organize, label and store items in an orderly and accessible way
• Monitor stock levels regularly and report shortages or overstock to the line manager
• Issue materials and tools to staff based on approved requests and record all transactions
• Maintain inventory records (manual or system-based) and prepare periodic stock reports
• Coordinate with purchasing, finance and operations to ensure timely availability of items
• Carry out regular stock checks and support annual or periodic inventory counts
• Keep the store clean, safe and compliant with company policies and safety standards
• Supervise helpers or store assistants and organize their daily tasks

Required profile

• High school certificate (secondary education) or higher
• Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory control or warehouse management
• Experience managing or supervising staff is preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Fluency in spoken Hindi to deal with Hindi-speaking staff and workers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, Excel or similar) are an advantage
