Store Keeper (Supply Chain)

About the role

The Store Keeper will act as the focal point for inventory control in the Yanbu depot, ensuring that all sales orders, returns and stock movements are processed according to operational excellence standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the shift plan, delegate tasks and resolve discrepancies during the shift.
• Receive goods, pick orders accurately and maintain electronic and paper records.
• Ensure proper storage, coding, labeling and FIFO handling of products.
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile stock and manage documentation for issuing, receiving and returns.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of sales vans to meet delivery schedules.
• Handle waste disposal and record leakage according to company procedures.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety standards in the store environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar FMCG warehouse role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work in temperature‑controlled areas and flexible hours, especially during holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and RF devices.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material‑handling equipment.
