Store Keeper – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Store Keeper to manage inventory control in our Hail depot, acting as the warehouse focal point and ensuring all sales orders and returns are processed according to Operational Excellence standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the daily shift plan and delegate tasks to meet depot requirements.
• Receive goods in accordance with SOPs and verify accuracy.
• Pick orders accurately and on time, maintaining proper documentation.
• Maintain stock integrity through proper storage, coding, labeling and temperature control.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile stock discrepancies and update records.
• Monitor product issuing, applying FIFO and using Warehouse Management or RF systems.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of sales vans to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle waste disposal and record leakage according to company procedures.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety standards in the store environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG or related warehouse environments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work in temperature‑controlled areas, including freezers and chillers, and to adapt to flexible hours, especially during holidays.
• Valid forklift licence and ability to operate material handling equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and/or RF systems.
• Forklift operation.
