Store Manager – Luxury Boutique (Saudis Only)

About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique in Saudi Arabia, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving commercial targets. The role is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability and commercial KPIs.
• Develop and execute action plans to capture market opportunities and drive business growth.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with VIP and high‑net‑worth clients, leading clienteling and retention initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the boutique team, set objectives, conduct performance reviews and ensure succession planning.
• Manage CRM data, support boutique events and private appointments, and promote a culture of luxury hospitality.
• Ensure security, risk management and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique management.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Excellent client‑service orientation with a focus on high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement corrective actions.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
