Storekeeper

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage all warehouse activities at the Almanhal Water Factory in Riyadh, ensuring smooth flow of raw materials for production. This position involves receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing materials while maintaining compliance with Nestlé standards and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Verify incoming material documents and conditions to ensure compliance with handling processes.
• Coordinate daily receipt of materials with stakeholders and update the ERP system.
• Record all raw materials in the ERP system, tag them with barcodes, and organize them in the warehouse.
• Issue raw materials to production using inventory management techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, PAR levels, and average cost.
• Inspect warehouse space, raw materials, and equipment regularly to maintain adequate storage and Nestlé quality standards.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and reconcile stock balances with the ERP system.
• Adhere to Nestlé SHE rules to ensure personal and team safety.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar storekeeper role or recent graduate.
• Native Arabic speaker with good communication skills in English and Urdu.

Required skills

• Computer literate.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using barcode scanning for inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of inventory management methods (FIFO, LIFO, PAR levels, average cost).
