Storekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a Storekeeper to join our warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate inventory management and strong customer service. The role supports Arla’s standards for safety, quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to execute daily operational plans and adapt to changing assignments.
• Follow all warehouse SOPs, including inbound/outbound processes and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, oversee stock control, proper storage and timely distribution.
• Build strong internal and external customer relationships and coordinate with planners, sales and commercial operations for on‑time deliveries.
• Prepare and verify delivery documentation (route plans, delivery notes, invoices, RTV, Bayan, Ajeer, etc.) before dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with Arla Foods’ standards, local laws, safety, quality and food‑safety requirements.
• Maintain warehouse facilities, material‑handling equipment and trucks, coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Promote sustainability practices and embrace digital transformation using data‑driven decision making.
• Develop team competencies through coaching, leadership and participation in learning activities.

Required profile

• Education in Logistics, Warehousing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience handling goods, preferably food products.
• Basic understanding of warehouse machinery, equipment and fleet, with the ability to coordinate maintenance.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and IT tools.

Required skills

• MS Office applications at an intermediate level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
