Storekeeper – Parts Warehouse (After‑Sales)

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage the receipt, storage, picking and issuance of spare parts and accessories in CEERAM's parts warehouse. The role ensures accurate stock records and a safe, organized environment to support after‑sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts shipments, verify quantities and condition, and report any discrepancies.
• Store parts in designated locations following SOPs and label items for traceability.
• Pick, pack and issue parts against sales, repair and internal requisitions within service‑level timeframes.
• Perform regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock takes, reconciling SAP records with physical stock.
• Operate material‑handling equipment safely and maintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards.
• Record all stock movements in SAP/WMS and keep supporting documentation up to date.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational/technical certificate; logistics or supply‑chain diploma preferred.
• 2‑4 years of experience in warehouse operations, stock keeping or parts logistics, preferably in an automotive dealer/OEM environment.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and certified to operate forklifts or pallet jacks.
