Storekeeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage all warehouse activities at the Almanhal Water Factory in Almadinah, ensuring smooth shipping, receiving, and stock monitoring. This role supports production by maintaining accurate inventory records and complying with Nestlé’s safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify incoming material documents, inspect condition of received goods, and record them in the ERP system.
• Coordinate daily receipt of raw materials with stakeholders, update database, and tag items with barcodes for scanning.
• Apply inventory management techniques (FIFO, LIFO, par levels, average cost) to issue materials to production and maintain stock balance.
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections to ensure adequate storage space and compliance with Nestlé standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar storekeeping role or recent graduate.
• Native Arabic speaker with good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Computer literate with ability to work in ERP and inventory systems.
