Strategic & Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

The Strategic & Digital Transformation Manager will lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives for Corporate and Institutional Banking. Reporting to senior management, the role combines program management, process optimisation and stakeholder coordination to drive the bank’s strategic agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end digital transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
• Prepare and present updates for senior‑management forums and committees.
• Assess current business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement streamlined workflows.
• Design, configure and test new processes, integrating them into application systems.
• Track customer‑experience KPIs, conduct surveys and monitor journey SLAs.
• Guide cost‑ and time‑saving initiatives and manage the IT book of work within approved budgets.
• Lead IT project implementation, oversee system analysis, and propose solution architecture.
• Coordinate with vendors for product updates, evaluations and cost‑quality management.
• Ensure risk mitigation is embedded in all initiatives and raise issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in digital transformation or strategy development within a banking or financial services environment.
