About the role
Fever is looking for a hands‑on leader to manage its biggest partners across events, festivals, attractions and sports. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long‑term relationships and driving growth for both Fever and its partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Fever’s largest partners and their projects across all verticals, ensuring strong relationships and performance growth.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of partner events, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to guarantee seamless execution.
- Build strategic relationships by understanding partner needs, providing advice and leveraging Fever’s expertise.
- Set KPIs, implement data‑driven strategies, and track performance metrics with regular reporting.
- Collect partner feedback on Fever’s products and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and lead Project Managers as the team expands, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Gain a 360‑degree understanding of all Fever teams and processes.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience in project management or management consulting.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven track record of building positive working relationships.
