Structural Engineer

About the role

The Structural Engineer will support the design, review and delivery of safe, high‑quality structural solutions for Riymar’s real‑estate development projects in Riyadh. Working closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams, the role ensures that structural designs and construction activities meet project requirements, applicable codes and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess structural designs, drawings, calculations and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve structural and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications and relevant building codes.
• Monitor structural works on‑site and provide technical support during execution.
• Review material submittals, method statements and shop drawings.
• Identify and mitigate structural risks and manage design changes.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide regular project updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in real‑estate development, construction or engineering consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles and applicable building codes.
• Proven ability to work with consultants and contractors and to communicate technical information clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
• Technical review and problem‑solving capabilities.
