Student Advisor – Academic & Career Guidance

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a passionate Student Advisor to support students in Saudi Arabia with their academic and career journeys. You will act as a trusted guide, helping learners choose programs, navigate admissions, and develop personal skills.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students on academic programs, course selection, and career opportunities aligned with their goals.
• Provide information on admissions procedures, financial aid, and scholarship options.
• Conduct one‑on‑one counseling sessions to assess strengths, identify improvement areas, and set success strategies.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and events that promote student development and engagement.
• Stay updated on educational policies, university offerings, and job‑market trends.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the overall student experience and support retention.
• Document and track student interactions and outcomes for reporting and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an educational or training environment, preferably in trainee affairs or student support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on student needs.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with students and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of academic programs and career options available in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
• High level of empathy, patience, and commitment to student success.
