Supplier Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supplier Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying and engaging suppliers, manufacturers and traders across Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on outbound outreach, lead generation, qualification and conversion for our trade credit offering.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, meetings and outreach to prospective suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and traders.
• Present the trade credit proposition clearly in person, by phone or virtually.
• Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads according to target partner criteria.
• Convert qualified leads into opportunities and hand them over to the sales team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, ensuring consistent follow‑up.
• Record lead interactions, call outcomes and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and ensure smooth handovers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for calls, meetings, presentations and qualified opportunities.
• Stay updated on trade finance market dynamics and competitor positioning.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales or partnership roles.
• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting, including calls, meetings and presentations.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, target‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
