Supply and Procurement Manager

About the role

The Supply and Procurement Manager will lead procurement activities for water and wastewater projects, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and services are sourced efficiently and align with project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes including RFQs, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, PO issuance, and contract management.
• Identify, qualify and onboard suppliers for pumps, valves, pipes, fittings, instrumentation, chemical dosing, filtration systems, membranes, and related mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, delivery, cost and service, and develop performance KPIs.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties and contractual agreements.
• Resolve supplier disputes and contractual issues promptly.
