Supply Chain Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Supply Chain Director to architect and lead end‑to‑end operations across the entire value chain. This strategic leadership position will oversee everything from material sourcing to delivering high‑quality finished goods to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and direct the complete supply chain system, including strategic procurement, integrated production planning, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships to ensure supply security and competitive advantage.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle to align demand forecasts with production capacity, optimise inventory turnover and enhance service levels.
• Identify and implement measures to protect the supply chain from disruptions while reducing shipping costs, logistics expenses and excess inventory.
• Lead digital transformation by deploying advanced analytics, automation and next‑generation technologies across procurement, planning, logistics and warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree (MBA/MSc) or CSCP/CPIM certification highly desirable.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 5‑7 years in a senior leadership role within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of driving supply chain optimisation, cost leadership and successful digital or continuous‑improvement projects.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build consensus across Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance and Executive teams.
