Supply Chain Executive

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage the flow of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, consumables and equipment within its Riyadh hospital. The role ensures timely procurement, warehousing and internal distribution to support uninterrupted patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain operations for hospital materials, including medical supplies, consumables and equipment.
• Manage end‑to‑end activities from purchase requisitions and orders through receiving, warehousing, inventory control and internal distribution.
• Monitor supplier lead times, delivery performance and resolve delayed, incomplete or damaged shipments.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, quotations, delivery schedules, invoices and supplier documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, procurement teams, warehouse staff, logistics providers and hospital departments to ensure material availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supply chain, procurement or logistics role, preferably within a hospital, healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management and logistics operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends or public holidays as required.
