Supply Chain Program Director IHS Middle East

About the role

Medtronic’s Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team is seeking a senior professional to lead large‑scale supply chain transformation programmes for external clients, primarily the Saudi Ministry of Health. The role combines strategic direction with hands‑on leadership across multi‑year engagements, driving measurable performance improvement and financial benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end supply chain transformation initiatives for regulators, healthcare providers, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and logistics partners.
• Provide strategic direction and day‑to‑day leadership for multi‑year programmes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with IHS Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, PMO and Service Delivery teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Translate high‑level strategy into concrete implementation plans with quantified results.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience delivering complex supply chain projects.
• Proven track record of measurable performance improvement and realising financial/operational benefits.
• Strong ability to work credibly with senior stakeholders in healthcare and government environments.
• Experience in multi‑year, multi‑disciplinary programmes across the healthcare value chain.
