Supply Chain Specialist – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will ensure continuous availability of materials for the Food & Beverage business across all locations. You will coordinate demand forecasting, sourcing, purchasing, inventory, and logistics to support production and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and material requirement plans.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, prepare RFQs and analyse quotations.
• Create and track purchase orders, monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Plan inventory levels, replenish stock and manage distribution between warehouses and branches.
• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyse purchasing costs, drive optimisation and support cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Provide supply‑chain reporting and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product development teams to guarantee material readiness for new launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics within the F&B sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
