Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist supports the procurement, inventory management, and overall supply chain operations of a hospital. You will help guarantee that medical and non‑medical supplies are available when needed, while keeping inventory records accurate and processes efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and follow‑up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with clinical and support departments to maintain required stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply chain records in line with hospital policies.
• Assist with receiving, storage, distribution, and stock‑control activities to meet operational needs.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, purchasing activities, supplier performance, and overall supply chain operations.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred.
