Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Specialist to support our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. The role involves inventory monitoring, warehouse coordination, procurement support and demand planning to ensure product availability across locations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels and coordinate material movements.
• Oversee warehouse activities to maintain accurate stock records and availability.
• Assist procurement processes, including supplier liaison, purchase requests and delivery follow‑up.
• Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams to guarantee timely product delivery.
• Support demand planning, forecasting and inventory optimisation initiatives.
• Participate in field visits and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management or procurement.
• Experience in the restaurant, QSR, retail or food industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel between locations when needed.
