Supply Manager

About the role

Careem is looking for a Supply Manager to lead captain recruitment, onboarding and day‑to‑day operations in Riyadh. The role is pivotal in driving supply growth, optimizing city configurations and ensuring world‑class support for our drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and onboard captains to efficiently grow supply and meet company growth targets.
• Own city setup and configurations to enhance customer experience, supply growth and performance.
• Use data‑driven analysis to identify supply shortages and implement initiatives for optimal utilization.
• Supervise all captain support channels to deliver world‑class assistance.
• Drive captain loyalty and engagement programs to improve retention and lifetime value.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Passionate commitment to improving captains' lives and achieving ambitious growth targets.

• Fast learner, disciplined, time‑oriented and able to multitask.
