Supply Planning Manager

About the role

Reef Group is looking for an experienced Supply Planning Manager to lead supply planning activities across its expanding operations in Riyadh. The role ensures product availability, maintains optimal inventory levels, and aligns supply plans with demand forecasts, supplier capabilities, and commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage short‑, medium‑, and long‑term supply plans based on forecasts, inventory, supplier capacity and business requirements.
• Monitor stock coverage, safety stock, reorder points, inventory turnover and address shortages or excess inventory.
• Translate demand forecasts into purchasing and replenishment requirements across multiple brands, SKUs, warehouses, stores and e‑commerce channels.
• Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers and internal teams on production schedules, purchase orders, lead times and delivery plans.
• Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and align supply plans with promotions, new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Track supplier performance, identify constraints and mitigate delivery risks.
• Prepare and maintain supply planning KPIs, reports and dashboards.
• Lead, coach and develop the supply planning team while driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory optimization or related supply‑chain functions.
• Proven experience leading or managing a supply planning team.
• Background in retail, FMCG, beauty, fashion or other high‑volume multi‑SKU environments is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with ERP or supply‑planning systems such as SAP.
• Experience with Oracle or similar enterprise systems.
