SVP Corporate Finance

About the role

The Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance will lead debt arrangement, restructuring, and advisory services for the firm’s funds, SPVs, portfolio companies, and external clients. This senior role requires strong negotiation abilities, analytical expertise, and the capacity to produce high‑quality documentation for board and credit committee approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide debt arrangement services, including restructuring, consolidation, and planning.
• Analyse clients' financial situations, identify debt issues, and design effective solutions.
• Negotiate with creditors to secure favourable financing terms and obtain indicative term sheets.
• Develop and implement debt management plans, payment schedules, and repayment strategies.
• Monitor existing loans, track payments, and ensure compliance with loan agreements.
• Respond to creditor queries, manage annual facility reviews, and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver advisory and IPO services for internal and external clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in debt arrangement with a proven deal track record.
• Extensive network with relationship managers and senior officials at financial institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases.
