Swiss Service Agent (Saudi Only)

About the role

The Swiss Service Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Swissôtel Al Maqam, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for visitors to the holy city. Working under the Assistant Swiss Service Manager, you will handle guest inquiries, wake‑up calls, emergency requests and coordinate with other hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all guest concerns and dispatch immediate actions.
• Follow up on actions to ensure completion within the promised time frame.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage 24/7 wake‑up call requests, fax handling, and emergency calls, including contacting the hotel doctor when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a similar guest‑service role is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Opera or a related hotel property management system.
