System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring system availability, security, performance, and compliance with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user access control.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Configure and maintain backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Maintain system documentation and infrastructure diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
