System Engineer

About the role

ETECHS, a leading fire and security systems integrator in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a System Engineer to support industrial megaprojects. The role involves installing, configuring, programming, and troubleshooting integrated security and IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, program, and troubleshoot integrated security systems and components.
• Support high‑tech CCTV, access control, intruder detection, security management, NVRs, MIDS, and PIDS.
• Perform IT infrastructure installation and troubleshooting.
• Provide professional 3rd‑line vendor support to improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and professional execution of all duties.

Required profile

• BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of proven industry experience.
• Professional certification for Access Control system administration (e.g., Maxxess, Genetec, Siemens, Lenel).
• Professional certification for Video Management system administration (e.g., GEUTEBRUCK, Genetec, Milestone).
• Ability to supervise, control, and motivate a technical team.
• Valid driving license.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and Arabic (highly preferred).
