System & Network Administrator – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a skilled System & Network Administrator to manage and secure our enterprise‑wide IT infrastructure across multiple locations. The role involves overseeing network, cloud, and server environments to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, MPLS, VLANs and firewall environments across multiple sites.
• Administer Microsoft Azure services including VMs, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Backup, Bastion, Log Analytics and overall cloud security.
• Operate Veeam Backup & Replication for on‑premises servers to guarantee data protection and disaster recovery.
• Maintain private cloud infrastructure on Windows Server, Linux Server and hypervisor platforms.
• Configure and support FortiGate, FortiWeb and Sophos Firewall solutions for network and web‑application security.
• Maintain Cisco core switching, VLAN configuration and routing for enterprise connectivity.
• Administer Active Directory for 20+ sites, managing users, Group Policy, access control and software deployment.
• Manage Google Workspace, email security, spam and phishing protection, and compliance policies.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate (CCC) requirements.
• Administer on‑premises Microsoft SQL Server databases, including backup, performance monitoring and security.
• Oversee Avaya PBX, Ubiquiti wireless APs, CCTV systems and DNS services.
• Troubleshoot Azure, server, firewall, networking and infrastructure issues to maintain business continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise network and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows and Linux server environments.
• Hands‑on experience with firewalls (FortiGate, FortiWeb, Sophos) and Cisco switching.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam and database administration (SQL Server).
