Talent Acquisition and Nationalization Expert

About the role

The Talent Acquisition and Nationalization Expert will lead the implementation of resourcing initiatives and nationalization strategies for DHL Global Forwarding in Saudi Arabia. This role partners with business managers, HR, public relations and government relations to ensure a compliant, bias‑free recruitment process and a strong employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain resourcing programs, assessment frameworks and candidate tracking systems.
• Research and select recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, agencies and universities.
• Collaborate with business managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing plans.
• Refresh recruitment processes regularly to eliminate bias and ensure compliance.
• Lead workforce planning, pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.
• Support graduate, college and internship recruitment programs.
• Design and roll out onboarding and induction processes.
• Act as the strategic lead for workforce nationalization, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of local labor regulations.
• Partner with PR, government relations and business stakeholders to manage nationalization requirements for expatriate roles.
• Develop, monitor and report on nationalization plans and targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR resourcing.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labor and nationalization regulations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with business, HR, PR and government teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in workforce planning and data‑driven decision making.
