Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire high‑calibre talent that aligns with ASMO’s business goals. The role ensures a smooth candidate experience while complying with company policies and Saudization requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from requisition approval through onboarding for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop sourcing strategies.
• Execute sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, agencies, career fairs and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Screen, interview, assess and shortlist candidates, and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Prepare and negotiate offers in line with compensation guidelines.
• Conduct reference and background checks and ensure completion of pre‑employment requirements.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, universities and external talent partners.
• Support internship, graduate development and Saudization programs.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions, ATS data integrity and recruitment metrics dashboards.
• Monitor recruitment expenditures, process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with Saudi labour regulations and Saudization requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with hiring managers and external partners.
• Ability to analyse recruitment metrics and propose process improvements.
