Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising open positions to interviewing candidates and finalizing hires. The role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring managers in attracting qualified talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
• Create and publish job advertisements across multiple portals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define qualification criteria.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and shortlist candidates.
• Interview candidates in person for a variety of roles.
• Track hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire, time‑to‑fill, and source of hire.
• Design, distribute, and analyze candidate experience surveys.
• Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
• Host and participate in job fairs and professional networking events.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Entry‑level experience (0‑3 years) in recruitment or HR.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
