Talent Acquisition Co‑op (6‑Month Placement)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Co‑op to join our recruitment team for a 6‑month placement in Riyadh. You will support sourcing, screening, and coordination across the hiring process, with regular client interaction – a great opportunity to build hands‑on recruitment agency experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, and CV screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with clients on candidate progress, feedback, and hiring needs.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS/HR system.
• Assist with employer branding activities such as social media, career fairs, and campus outreach.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a 6‑month on‑site co‑op placement in Al Nakheel, Riyadh.
