Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team in Saudi Arabia. The role supports the recruitment process across multiple business units, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and compliance with company policies. This position is open to Saudi nationals and eligible for the HRDF Tamheer Program.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with daily recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, and maintain interview logistics.
• Update and manage candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and related reports.
• Provide recruitment support to various business units, handling requests and requirements.
• Contribute to improving the employer brand and candidate experience.
• Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Saudi national, eligible for the HRDF Tamheer Program.
• 0‑2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
