About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will head a high‑performing recruitment pod within a fast‑growing global organization based in Saudi Arabia. This role blends people leadership with hands‑on recruiting, ensuring both team development and successful hiring outcomes. You will drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives while delivering a superior candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a recruiter pod, setting priorities, productivity targets, and hiring goals.
• Execute complex and senior‑level searches personally while overseeing the team’s workload.
• Translate broader talent acquisition objectives into clear, actionable plans for the team.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings to discuss performance, pipeline health, and career growth.
• Review and improve sourcing, outreach, interview processes, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and escalate performance challenges, partnering with senior leadership on solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruiting team or pod.
• Proven track record of managing personal recruiting workloads while developing others.
• Deep knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing strategy to candidate engagement.
