About the role
Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the development and execution of its recruitment strategy. The role will oversee the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring the attraction, selection and onboarding of top talent to support the resort’s growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning and forecasting.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide HR business partnering.
- Optimize recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for critical and senior positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Required profile
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Ability to design and execute strategic workforce plans.
