Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

daa International KSA is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment function across Saudi Arabia. You will partner with HR and project leaders to translate headcount plans into actionable hiring strategies that support airport investment and operational projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Country HR Manager and project leadership to forecast workforce needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Convert approved headcount into recruitment timelines, monitor demand, and flag risks or capacity constraints.
• Design and execute the KSA Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions and strengthen the daa International employer brand.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer management and handover to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi labour regulations, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing talent acquisition functions, preferably in large, multi‑project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high‑performing recruitment team.
• Knowledge of Saudi recruitment regulations and market dynamics.
