Talent Acquisition Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Worley is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its Saudi Arabia recruitment function. You will be responsible for delivering best‑practice TA services that support regional hiring needs and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the KSA TA team to provide agile, high‑quality recruitment support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the EMEA TA Director to share workload and ensure adequate support.
• Design and implement TA strategies focused on Saudi nationalization and diversity goals.
• Promote internal talent mobility throughout the hiring process.
• Drive the use of Eightfold and other TA systems to generate accurate reporting.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, regional, and global legal and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of TA experience in engineering, oil & gas, or a similar sector, preferably in an in‑house role.
• Strong background in international recruitment across the Middle East.
• Proven leadership abilities, capable of influencing and guiding multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Understanding of HSE relevance to talent acquisition.
