Talent Acquisition Officer – Full-cycle Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and delivering a seamless hiring experience. This role also supports workforce planning, employer branding, and compliance with Saudi Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring plans and job specifications.
• Create and publish job ads on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, agencies, and networking events.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews.
• Maintain candidate communication to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare job offers, support salary negotiations, and handle pre‑employment paperwork.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate databases, and produce reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting operational, technical and corporate roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and recruitment best practices.
• Experience with workforce planning is a plus.
• Professional HR certifications are advantageous.
