Talent Acquisition Partner (Manufacturing)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will drive the recruitment strategy for a leading manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top technical, engineering, operational and corporate talent to support the organization’s growth in Jeddah.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical manufacturing and engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Utilise ATS/HRIS and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to track candidates and improve hiring efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor market regulations and internal recruitment policies.
• Provide regular updates and stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process.
• Lead recruitment projects and initiatives that enhance employer branding and talent acquisition effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical, engineering, operational and corporate positions.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi labour market and recruitment practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
