About the role

Netzero is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a smooth hiring experience that supports the company’s rapid growth in the sustainability sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and hiring needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for various functions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms and coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct structured interviews, prepare offers, and support onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements.
• Support employer branding initiatives and stay updated on recruitment trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication.
