About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support global recruitment efforts and source independent contractors across multiple regions. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will work in an international environment, handling high‑volume hiring for linguist positions and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit independent contractors based on language and business needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews, assess language skills and overall suitability.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from discovery to onboarding.
• Support high‑volume hiring initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements.
• Conduct market research and nurture relationships with potential candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.
