About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s growth while strengthening our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Meet assigned recruitment targets and provide timely updates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to source candidates.
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants.
• Conduct in‑person and remote interviews using behavioral and competency‑based techniques.
• Administer pre‑employment assessments and tests.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to evaluate and select candidates.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, events, and campus outreach.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and relevant regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
