Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes to attract and hire high‑caliber talent that supports ASMO’s strategic objectives. The role works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while complying with company policies and Saudization requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop recruitment strategies.
• Execute sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, agencies, career fairs, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates, conducting competency‑based interviews when required.
• Advise managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and best practices.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, conduct reference and background checks, and ensure pre‑employment compliance.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, universities, and external partners.
• Support internship, graduate, and Saudization programs.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce dashboards, and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and monitor recruitment‑related expenditures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for diverse positions.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and external talent partners.
• Familiarity with Saudization regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
