Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for the organization, ensuring that qualified candidates are sourced, screened, and hired efficiently for all approved vacancies. This role acts as a key partner to hiring managers, managing each step from vacancy request to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and validate vacancy requests from internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and selection decisions.
• Prepare and extend job offers, and manage the negotiation process.
• Follow up on onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
• Candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, job boards).
