About the role
Arweqah Alreyadah is seeking a full‑time Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its Riyadh office. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring talent that aligns with the organization’s mission of community development and social impact.
Key responsibilities
- Define role requirements together with hiring managers and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Conduct structured, behavioral and competency‑based interviews to assess fit.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare offer letters, support onboarding activities, and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
- Promote employer branding through recruitment campaigns, events and social media.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, selection and offer management.
- Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and experience in the social impact or nonprofit sector is a plus.
